SCNN is to work with CAMARA to provide ICT skills to social workers of member NGOs and Rehabilitated street children.

CAMARA is a volunteer organisation that uses technology to improve education in Africa. CAMARA office at Mountains of the Moon University in Fort Portal will provide 10 computers to SCNN as well as training SCNN staff as trainers of trainees. www.camara.ie/web

SCNN Kampala office organises a Team building exercise with Kampiringisa National Rehabilitation Centre (KNRC).

Kristen Fry of Dwelling Places is the main organiser. The purpose is building a strong team between KNRC social workers and SCNN as a means to improve services for the children in that rehabilitation centre. The event is tentatively scheduled for late April. Its proposed that one of the key Government officials from the Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development will officiate the function.
